Information we collect

DisplayLane processes the account email and profile information supplied through Sign in with ChatGPT, business names and logos, content and images, screen names, pairing records, device status, and technical request information needed to operate and secure the service. If you connect Clover, we also store the merchant identifier, synchronized catalog fields, provider IDs, sync history, and encrypted OAuth tokens needed to keep the display current.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate owners, keep business accounts separated, save and publish displays, pair screens, synchronize connected POS catalogs, show device status, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests.

Storage and sharing

Application data is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare services. Authentication is provided through Sign in with ChatGPT. We do not sell customer information. Service providers may process data only as needed to run the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain business data while the account is active and as reasonably needed for security and recovery. To request export or deletion, email support from the address used to sign in. We may verify ownership before acting on a request.

Security and choices

We use account-scoped database access, expiring one-use pairing codes, hashed device tokens, and uncached private API responses. No internet service can promise perfect security. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information that is not needed for a display.
